I decided to remix this album because I've always felt like it never reached its potential when it came to sound. I recorded the original in a time when I had to start fresh in terms of recording equipment and software so it definitely came out quite muddy and the guitar sound was very icky to my ears, even on the day of release.
Not to mention that I was still very much a novice in terms of sound design.

So I took what I learned over the past three years and applied it to sound design.

The process included having to install all the old software I used to record all the tracks, render all the guitar tracks, render new bass and drum tracks, then slap it in my current DAW and have at it with all the presets I used for Cyanosis.

I hope everybody enjoys this improved version of Necrosis.

Disclaimer: I couldn't do anything with Hillside Valentine and Mysts of Nevermore because I don't have the original recordings anymore. Those recordings, along with everything from Psychosis, was all lost in a hard drive failure in early 2013.
